At Artisan Earth Handcrafted Soaps, we want to give our customers the most enjoyable shopping experience, one that will keep them coming back to our store time and time again. That’s why we believe that our store policies should be fair, clear and transparent. Below you’ll find a list of all our policies.   • Cancelation: If the customer submits its cancellation before the order is shipped, there will be no additional charge. If the customer cancels their order after being shipped with USPS or Delivery, they will be charged for shipping costs as well as return costs.

  • Lost Package: Artisan Earth is NOT responsible for lost or stolen packages, confirmed to be delivered to the address entered order shipped through USPS. From your request, Artisan Earth can confirm delivery to the indicated address, delivery date, tracking information and shipping company information so that the customer can investigate. USPS provides a tracking number with which you may make any INDEPENDENT claim at any USPS distribution center.

  • USPS Terms: The shipping services of the United States Postal Unit will be used (USPS) and others, as applicable. Every order is shipped possible within 3-5 working days, after having placed your order. The customer will receive a tracking number (if apply) via email so you can follow up on your order. All invoices are sent directly to the address the customer provided when placing their order. Every order is considered delivered at the time the postal service confirm that you have your order confirming with receipt on the tracking number. This USPS service for our clients is NOT guaranteed as it is an external agency with which we do not have any contract.
